They consider the interworking relationships of those using the space as well as the required functions of the space and utilize that information in their designs and the development of Master Plans. Consideration of current codes, safety standards, environmental standards, and accessibility standards are interwoven with the program to make a design that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional and effective.

When Berggren Architects has been retained, the Interior Design staff provides services for more than just finished surfaces, but assists in the collaboration of services for lighting, HVAC and ductwork, plumbing fixtures, data communication and more. Like New Structures, Interior Design services can range from schematic design, design development and construction documents, to procurement of construction services and construction administration.
