The 2.7
Million dollar restoration of the Fillmore County Courthouse
was a result of county wide Bond Issue election passing by
a three to one margin to fund the restoration. The decision
to restore the building was a result of a Master Plan completed
by Berggren & Woll, which was an analysis of the needs
of Fillmore County and how they could be met within the current
Courthouse.
We are
proud to say this project was awarded the 2002 Preservation
Honors Award by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. |
