This historic home in Seward, NE has been restored to it’s original 1890′s appearance, and given a large new kitchen addition that looks as if it’s always been there.

Antelope County called on Berggren Architects to design a new addition connecting the original 1894 courthouse to the 1966 annex.

When Calvary Lutheran Church needed room to expand, they turned to Berggren Architects to develop a Master Plan that provides accessibility and much-needed space.

Berggren Architects were retained by the Holt County Board of Supervisors to review their courthouse for compliance with the accessibility standards.

In 1992, the Little Red Hen Theatre opened its doors to the community of Wakefield Nebraska as a space for community theatre productions.

Berggren Architects was retained for the restoration of this historic home, returning it to its 1926 glory.
